TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TheStableSource.com, SmallcouncilEQ.com and Equestrian.Services (collectively, the “Websites”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Websites.
These Websites are owned and operated by Small Council LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Services
The Websites provide an online directory and informational database of equestrian service providers. Listings are means for providers to display business information submitted directly by them. The general public may search and view listings free of charge.
The Company does not provide equestrian services and does not act as an agent, broker, or representative of any listed provider.
3. No Endorsement or Verification
All listings are submitted by independent service providers.
Small Council LLC, The Stable Source, and Equestrian.Services:
● Do not endorse or recommend any provider
● Do not verify credentials, licensing, insurance, or qualifications
● Make no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability
Users agree to independently verify all information before engaging a provider.
4. User Submissions
Users may voluntarily submit their name and email address to receive notifications such as:
● Blog posts
● Advertisements
● New or updated provider listings
Users represent that any information submitted is accurate and that they have the authority to provide it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
● Use the Websites for unlawful purposes
● Harvest data, scrape listings, or misuse contact information
● Interfere with site functionality or security
Violation may result in restricted access.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including branding, layout, logos, and original text, is owned by Small Council LLC or licensed for use. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Small Council LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
● Use of the Websites
● Reliance on listings
● Interactions with service providers
Use of the Websites is at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Council LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Websites or violation of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Websites constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
